Each heart features a dual-layered interior that unfolds on the palate:

• The Top Layer: A vibrant, house-made raspberry gel that delivers a sharp, fruit-forward zing.

• The Base: A velvety ganache made from 70% Peruvian origin cacao, offering a creamy texture and a long, complex finish.

The Bespoke Collaboration

The soul of this chocolate is the cacao itself. We’ve partnered with our close friend and master of the craft, Johnty of Lucid Chocolatier, to develop a bespoke Peruvian blend found nowhere else. This specific roast was selected to highlight the natural cherry and fruity undertones of the bean, creating a seamless bridge between the fruit gel and the dark chocolate shell.
